Expert Alliance Systems and Consultancy (Hong Kong) Limited (EASC) (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is the owner of this website gigastone.com.hk (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). The Company is committed to protecting customers’ privacy in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong (hereinafter referred to as the “Ordinance”). When you register as a member, all information provided will be automatically submitted to the Company. All personal data collected (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”) will be used solely for internal purposes. Only authorized personnel may access Personal Data for the performance of their duties and must comply with strict internal guidelines. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption for data transmission. All credit card verification and payment authorization are handled directly by relevant banks. The Company does not retain such information. Customers are advised to log out and close browser windows after transactions. Our automatic logout mechanism prevents unauthorized access.

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the Internet.
