Delivery and Returns
Courier Delivery:
Free shipping on purchases of HKD 350 or above. Orders below HKD 350 will be charged a HKD 30 shipping fee.
Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery typically takes around 2 business days after dispatch.
Delivery date and time cannot be specified for all mailed items.
Customers are required to provide accurate personal information and delivery address at the time of purchase to ensure successful delivery. *Additional surcharges may apply for deliveries to remote areas, including but not limited to: Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, and South Lantau (including Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo, Pui O, etc.).
Self Pick-up
Pick-up Location: Room 1103, 11/F, Oriental International Building, 1018 Tai Nan West Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong
Opening Hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 – 12:00, 14:30 – 17:30 (Closed on public holidays)
Important Notes: Orders will be ready for collection within 2 business days. Please present your order confirmation email upon collection.
Orders will be held for 30 days. Orders not collected within this period will be deemed forfeited.
Out-of-Stock Items and Substitutions
Expert Alliance Systems and Consultancy (Hong Kong) Limited (EASC) will make every reasonable effort to ensure that products listed on the website are available in stock. If any product is unavailable due to stock shortages, the Company reserves the right to offer a substitute product or issue a refund.
We will endeavor to provide substitute products of similar specifications, price, and category. Customers will be notified of any out-of-stock items and proposed substitutes by email or phone prior to shipment.
Customers have the right to decline any substitute product. If a substitute is declined, a refund for the unavailable item will be issued. If a substitute is accepted, the final order value may be adjusted according to the price difference, and the applicable price at the time of order processing will apply.
All orders are subject to final confirmation based on product availability. If the Company is unable to supply any ordered product or service, we reserve the right to reject the order.
Refund Policy
All products sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If a product is found to be damaged or defective upon arrival (DOA), customers must contact customer service within 7 days from the date of receipt via: cs@gigastone.com.hk or +852 3615 3980. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Subject to the product being returned in its original packaging with all accessories intact, the Company may consider arranging a replacement. Please retain the original receipt for replacement purposes.
Expert Alliance Systems and Consultancy (Hong Kong) Limited (EASC) reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. In case of any dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.
