United Information Systems & Consultants (Hong Kong) Limited is the Hong Kong agent for GIGASTONE, providing warranty services for eligible products to ensure consumer rights.
2. Maintenance Period Definition

The warranty period is as indicated on the product label and is calculated from the date of purchase.

You must present valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) to enjoy maintenance services.

The scope of maintenance is limited to defects in product materials or workmanship.
3. Maintenance Procedure

Technical consultation: Usage or specification issues.

General warranty: Functional failure.

Major customer complaints: those involving safety issues (such as smoke or fire).

Data recovery: Applicable only to designated storage products.

General warranty: Replacement will be arranged after the fault is confirmed by inspection.

If the damage is not due to a malfunction or human error, the original item will be returned, and you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

4. Data Recovery Service (Special Terms)

This is an added-value service and is not covered by the general product maintenance scope.

Applicable only to specified products within their warranty period and excluding physical damage.

Risk Notice: 100% rescue success is not guaranteed; the rescue process may involve risks of data leakage or further damage to equipment. By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree to assume all related risks.
5. Situations not covered by the maintenance policy

Unable to provide proof of purchase or the warranty period has expired;

Problems caused by human error, misuse, natural disasters, or force majeure;

Natural wear and tear or visible signs of wear on the product;

The data was lost or damaged.
